Caroline Bowyer is an American journalist working as a reporter for WGHP FOX8 News. As a North Carolina local, she’s eager to get to know individuals in the Piedmont Triad.
Caroline experienced childhood in Gastonia and is an alum of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Go Heels! During her time at UNC, Caroline was an anchor, journalist, and football examiner for the understudy run show, Sports Xtra.
She was granted the Furman Bisher Medal for greatness in sports news-casting. Caroline interned at WBTV in Charlotte and ABC-11 in Durham.

Caroline joined the FOX8 Newsgroup as a journalist in March of 2022. Prior to joining FOX8, Caroline burned through two years as a journalist at WNCT in Greenville, N.C. She was elevated to end of the week anchor during her time there.
