Chris Scott is an American journalist working as a traffic reporter for WHNS FOX News. Chris was brought up in Greenville, an alum of Riverside High School. He proceeded to move on from Tri-County Technical College with a degree and radio and TV broadcasting.
At the end of the week, I love to: Spend time with my family and DJ parties. I’ve been a portable circle jockey for over 45 years for all that from wedding after-parties to Christmas celebrations.
My number one film is: “Telecaster” with Will Ferrell. My #1 sort of music is R&B, blues, oceanside music, and shag. My #1 food is Steak.
Kids: I have two children, Drake, a girl in-regulation Abbie Sossamon Scott, and Drew, a girl in-regulation Heather Higgins Scott. presently honored with two grandsons, Sumter and Weston. January 2019. Hitched to Karen Bartlett Scott.

Scott is the traffic columnist on The Morning News, which airs workdays from 4:30. to 10 a.m., and The Four and Five O’Clock News.
Prior to coming to FOX Carolina, Chris burned through 35 years in radio telecom on well-known Upstate stations, such as WFBC-FM, WMYI-FM, WSSL-FM, WROQ-FM, and WQOK-AM. In January 2012, Chris chose to take the leap from radio to TV and joined FOX Carolina.
