A local Arizonan, Rachel is a Cum Laude graduate of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. In her extra time, she appreciates running, climbing, and supporting Arizona sports groups.

Cole is an anchor, columnist, and multi-gifted writer for 12 News. Rachel joined Team 12 from KRIS-TV, Channel 6 in Corpus Christi, Texas, where she was a morning anchor and correspondent.
While in Texas, Cole covered a few high-profile preliminaries, including the Hannah Overton case, including a temporary mother sentenced to the demise of her kid encouraged child, who served seven years in jail before her conviction was toppled.
