Samantha Johnson Biography
Samantha Johnson is an American journalist working as a news anchor/reporter for WFIE14 News. Johnson is a double-cross alumnus of Ball State University, first procuring her Bachelor of Arts in 2018 in the two Telecommunications and Journalism News with minors in Spanish and Leadership Studies.
Most of late, she finished her Master of Arts in Digital Storytelling in May 2020. A football fan on the most fundamental level, Johnson loves to spend her Saturdays and Sundays in full arenas supporting her number one groups (#ChirpChirp, #GoIrish, #GoHorse), investigating new coffeehouses, and running her direction through the Tri-State.

Johnson joined the 14News group in May 2020 as an Anchor/Multimedia Journalist. A local Hoosier from focal Indiana, she is eager to now be living in the Tri-State!
During her time in Muncie, Johnson filled in as a news and sports anchor/journalist for NewsLink Indiana, Delaware County’s just live daily broadcast.
In February 2018, Johnson burned through two weeks as an interactive media writer in Pyeongchang, South Korea covering the Winter Olympic Games.
During her time in graduate school, she functioned as the Recruiting and Operations Assistant for Ball State Football and as a sideline columnist for ESPN+ covering NCAA men’s b-ball.
